Construction:This SAE 100 R9/R10/R12 hydraulic hose consists of an inner tube of oil-resistant synthetic rubber, four layers of spiral steel wire wrapped in alternating directions, and an oil and weather-resistant synthetic cover.
Application:The steel wire spiral hydraulic hose is used with petroleum-based hydraulic fluids in a temperature range of -40℃ - +121℃. The rubber hydraulic tube has a reinforcement diameter ranging from 16.9mm to 66.2mm.

IImported LG NBR rubber from South Korea and BELKTA steel wire with high tensile strength2750Mpa from Belgium.

Our bunching machine is SEJIN MACHINE from Korea.
High consistency, suspension difference < 70MM, the international standard is 120MM.
We use Mitsubishi electric control braiding machine.
Packaging:woven bag and plastic film or according to customers’ requirements.
